serve as the liaison between Change and the business users, working with
business partners to champion the Change function, generate ideas, drive
innovation and collaborate with internal customers.

the role will deliver
co-ordinate and manage innovation and idea ‘labs’
the point of contact for internal customers, championing Change at all levels
and advocate the Change journey, gaining buy-in from FSCS stakeholders
capture and qualify new ideas from the business
with the business to identify, measure and track the benefits of a change
new or amended protocols with the regulatory authorities for any new ways of
working or requirements to comply with the new directives.

experience working as a Change Partner or similar, (e.g. Management Consulting
role) developing ideas, delivering significant business, systems (working
within the Software Development Lifecycle) or regulatory change.
